Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the confirmation # or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit stargazersglasses.com/contact and submit a return request. Returns are available only for orders shipped within the United States.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If it’s not right, we’ll make it right. You can always contact us through stargazersglasses.com/contact with any questions regarding your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Warranty

All Stargazers products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
